Over the past 12 years, my work with Toronto Hydro has taken me through the intricate world of civil construction, supervising the installation of the latest electrical systems and equipment in various neighborhoods. This journey was not just about professional growth; it also marked a period of personal transformation. Motivated to further my career, I attended college night courses to acquire the necessary prerequisites for the electrical trade. This effort laid the foundation for creating an electrical company that not only offers local electricians a chance to pursue their careers but does so in an environment that fosters mutual respect, values each member like family, and recognizes their hard work daily. My years in leadership have ignited a passion for inspiring and aiding others in reaching their full potential. I envision building a team united by shared goals, dedicated to delivering outstanding and affordable services. Beyond entrepreneurship, my focus on health and fitness has taught me the importance of consistency and discipline—principles I bring to our work environment to foster strength and positivity.
Meet Tyler Auger
Electrician / Director
Born and raised in Oliphant, I am a proud local to Bruce Grey. Growing up on the Peninsula helped instil a work ethic in me which has carried my through my evolving career. I began my electrical journey as an apprentice power line technician where I had the privilege of working on high voltage projects across Canada. As my family grew it became apparent that I needed to devote my time to a career that allowed me to be at home with my wife and young children. My interest in electrical power generation and distribution led me to complete my apprenticeship as an electrical journeyman and my commitment to meaningful employment empowered me to also gain my Masters in Electrical. I now hold tickets as both a Power Line Technician and Master Electrician.
I currently reside in Hepworth where I am an active volunteer as an OMHA hockey coach, participant and volunteer in a small program out of Wiarton encouraging youth to gain skills and confidence in small dinghy sailing and reluctant small farmer in my families hobby farm. I look forward to serving Bruce Grey and encouraging the growth and success of family run businesses in the area
